A real life incident happened in Adhoni (near Sri Mantralaya) is the concept for Dandu Kannada film all set for releases from next week says director Sanjeev Megoti addressing the media. Like how strength is required for breaking a big stone – the film also handles with such stuff in the form of action, comedy thrill and sentiment is added for ‘Dandu’. The film revolves around Mare Gowda. Saikumar plays central role in this film. This is his 201st film in a long career.                                                         

Sanjeev Megoti has gone extreme in calling ‘Panchaboothas’ as villains, Navagrahas joining together to demolish Panchabootha is his concept with the real life happening of a criminal lawyer committing 197 crimes and going scot free from his criminal brain.

Neeraj Shah plays lead with Neha Saxena, Disha Poovaiah, Santosh Balaji, Jaiker, Suhas, Subhash Shetty, Prithvi, Veeresh and Vijayakumar in the cast. Harish Sandekoppa is the cameraman.

Neeraj Shah plays software engineer in the film. Thriller Manju has done six days shoot for climax with four cameras and five hundred working in the climax. Ten Tata Sumo vehicles were used for this climax. For another action block nine hours rain effect situation was shot.

Neha Saxena hails from Punjab is  in Meera role. As a fresher I play cop daughter in the film. Disha Poovaiah local girl is bubbly in the first half and deadly in the second half.
